Does Bargain Wholesale own the inventory and have most of the inventory in stock?Yes, we own all of our inventory. Products you see on our website will be in stock most of the time. Popular items tend to sell out quickly, but we will do our best to fill your order quickly. What’s the first step in becoming a Bargain Wholesale customer?Once you provide us with your business information, contact, phone number, and address, one of our experienced and knowledgeable salespeople will contact you shortly with your Bargain Wholesale customer password. Once you have your password, you can submit your order online, and you will be contacted by a salesperson to complete the transaction. Your salesperson will discuss the shipping details with you. CONTACT US NOW Why do you want my information prior to my seeing your products?We want to know what your needs are so that we can tailor your buying experience to your best advantage. We will guide you to the appropriate geographical region for distribution of your purchases, and we offer special pricing. Most importantly, we value our customers and want to protect the privacy of our customer base. How does your shipping process work?We use common carriers to ship our merchandise. A private carrier will pick up your order at our warehouse and deliver it to your business. You can choose to pay the shipping cost on your invoice or COD. Our export customers must arrange transportation of their orders. We will load the container for our export customers but we do not handle transportation of exported items. Does Bargain Wholesale ship overseas?We supply products to exporters but we do not deliver products outside the United States. Customers must take delivery of the products in the United States and must expressly assume responsibility, in writing, for exporting the products outside of the United States and for complying with all applicable U.S. laws, including but not limited to obtaining any export authorization from the U.S. Government and preparing and submitting relevant export documents. What is your Return Policy?
We stand by our products. Contact us within 24 hours if any portion of your shipment arrives damaged or if any products are missing.
How long will it take to get my order?Once we receive your order, we will process it the same day. You will receive a call from one of our salespeople within 24-48 hours. Once your order is confirmed, shipping takes another 2-3 days. Do you guarantee 10% freight, as other companies do?Other companies control their inventory by selling products based on whether or not they are ‘freight friendly.’ Thus, their inventories are limited, whereas our inventory is varied. We focus on selling products that sell on the shelves, which means we stock items that are not necessarily ‘freight friendly’ but which will maximize your sales because they sell. The freight cost is determined by the type of products purchased. Why can’t I pay online for the products I’ve ordered?We specialize in personalized customer service. One of our professional salespeople will contact you to complete your transaction, including confirmation of availability and shipping costs. Often our salespeople suggest additional products your customers will like based on your order and/or region. |
