Return Policy: The original receipt is required for All Returns. No exceptions. ALL CLAIMS must be reported within 2 business days of original purchase. (This includes shortage claims and damaged goods.) ALL RETURNS must be made within 5 business days of original purchase. ALL MERCHANDISE must be returned in its original packaging and condition. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SEASONAL MERCHANDISE.
In order to apply for terms, you simply have to contact us and request our Terms Application. Once your application has been completed our Accounts Receivable department will review/process your application and notify qualifying customers within a business week.
As a wholesale company we manage sizeable payment amounts, in order to provide the safest form of payment transaction we process all our payments directly through our Accounts Receivable department.
Once the order is processed and approved by the customer, your sales representative will guide you through the payment process. We DO NOT take any payment information over the phone. Payment methods include: Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover), Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit. We DO NOT accept checks.
We do not sell by the piece, we are a wholesaler, all merchandise is prepackaged and sold by the case.
Bargain Wholesale carries merchandise for all major holidays including Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Summer.

We cater to retailers, export companies, and other distributors, both local and nationwide. Our inventory includes grocery, beverage, candy, seasonal and party supplies, toys, office & school supplies, health & beauty, apparel, housewares, kitchen supplies, household cleaning, garden and hardware.
Bargain Wholesale is a full service wholesaler and dollar supplies store; our inventory offers the largest assortment of quality products in the industry. Our team of experienced sales representatives are happy to discuss top selling items based on industry trends to increase your business sales.
All our merchandise ships from either our California or Texas Distribution Center, depending on your location.
Bargain Wholesale does sell to overseas customers provided all the required documents are provided and the customer can arrange their own carrier.

Bargain Wholesale does not offer Free Shipping. Free Delivery Policy: Bargain Wholesale offers Free Delivery on qualifying $2,000 minimum orders deliverable within a 20-mile radius of our Los Angeles Distribution Center.
Bargain Wholesale utilizes a number of reputable common carriers (LTL's) to ship our merchandise. Freight and pallet rates are based on the total amount ordered, weight (cubes), and delivery location; additional accessorial charges may apply. Once the freight quote is approved by our customer, your sales representative will schedule your delivery. All merchandise must be paid for prior to shipping. Freight and/or shipping costs may be paid with your invoice or by C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery). Export customers must arrange their own carrier transportation; Bargain Wholesale will pull and load all merchandise into a pre-arranged export container, but will not arrange carrier transportation.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day; special rules apply to export orders.
Orders can be placed over the phone and/or by fax provided all the necessary information is specified and approved by the customer.
There is a $2,500 minimum for online orders. Customers can also call BW for any other inquiries regarding orders.
Bargain Wholesale does not require you to pay any membership fee's in order to purchase.
Register as a new customer online or in person, providing all the necessary customer/business information required, including business license or resale permit number (if applicable). Once your information is processed, you will be assigned a customer number and a sales representative. Your sales representative will work with you from this point forward and discuss shipping rates and manage all other customer inquiries.
We do not provide authorization documents required for selling products on online marketplaces. Please contact the manufacturer for this authorization.
